- Passed away peacefully surrounded by love after a short courageous battle with cancer on June 8, 2026; aged 70 years. Loved daughter of the late Joan and Ray Evans; treasured sister of Judith, Wayne and Susan, Lyn and Murray, Ashley, Carol and Ian, Kirstine, and Raeleen; cherished Mum of Grant and Melissa, Alastair and Rachel, and Sarah; beloved Gran of Oliver, and Nana Elaine to Lily, and Liam; devoted Mum of fur babies Rosie, and Tobi; loved aunty of all her nieces and nephews. Special thanks to all of those involved in Elaine's care and treatment.
- A celebration of Elaine's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, at 2pm, on Friday June 12, followed by private cremation.
