DOUGLAS, Gordon Maxwell – Suddenly, on July 26, 2025 whilst enjoying the outdoors with his beloved wife Catherine; aged 78 years.
Gordon will be dearly missed by Catherine. During his life he was a much loved son, brother, husband, teacher (Mr D), uncle, father, and 'Pop' to many.
-- A service to celebrate Gordon's life will be held in the Coronation Hall, 853 Portobello Road, Portobello at 11.30am on Monday August 4, the funeral then leaving for Portobello Cemetery. Messages are welcome below where you can also access the livestream of the service.
