On June 27, 2026, peacefully at Oxford Court Rest Home; aged 81 years.  Very dearly loved wife for 52 years and best friend of the late Ian (John), dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Paul and Beth (U.K.), and Suzanne, and loved Nana of Hannah and Nick, and great-nana of Willow; loved sister and sister-in-law of Clive and Anne Davies (Cairns), and the late Shirley and Paul McLennan, much loved aunt of her nieces and nephews and her extended family and friends.  -  A service for Eleanor will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin, at 11am on Wednesday, July 8, followed by private cremation.  Messages to The Edington Family, C/- P O Box 5013, Dunedin 9054 or on Eleanor's page below.
