On August 5, 2024, peacefully at Dunedin Hospital, with family by her side. Dearly loved wife of Tom for 63 years, much adored Mum and mother-in-law of Barbara, and Trish and Bevan Wilson (Cromwell); cherished Granny of Harlym, and Luca, much loved Aunt of Vivienne.
A service for Valerie will be held in St. Mary's Anglican Church, corner of Whitby and Lawrence Street, Mornington, Dunedin, at 1pm on Saturday, August 10, followed by private interment.
