Peacefully, following a short illness on August 21, 2026, after celebrating an excellent innings of 91 years, and a life well-lived.
A devoted husband to the late Isla, and loving father to Mike, Penny, and Sue. A proud grandparent to Zetland, Dunstan, Gabriel, Martha, Paul, Alice and Jack, and delighted great-grandparent to Ted. He welcomed all his children's and grandchildren's partners into the family with enthusiasm and care.
Les was a dedicated and respected member of the Dunedin legal community for more than 60 years.
