On September 6, 2025, peacefully at Dunedin Hospital; aged 93 years. Loved wife of the late Keith, loved mother of Richard, Katie, and Lizzie, loved Nan of Tama, Manu, Ngahuia, and Kahu, loved "Big Nan" to Kaiarahi, Ruiha, Maia, Rangiwhakaahu, and Ngapera.
- A service to celebrate Pat's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, at 2:00pm, on Wednesday, September 10, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Youth Wellness Trust would be appreciated and may be lodged via https://www.oywt.org.nz/ways-to-help#donations.
