Peacefully on September 29, 2025, at Leslie Groves Hospital; in his 96th year. Dearly loved husband of Grace for over 70 years, much loved father and father-in-law of Wayne and Sharon, Warren, Glenda and Brent, adored granddad of Tim and Mari, Sarah, Mathew and Kerri, Amy and Jay; Millie and Andrew, Nick and Jordyn, George and Lucinda, and Great-grandfather of La, Katelyn, Rylan, Liam, Kayn, Connor, Ben, Guillaume, Kahu, Ollie, and Nevaeh.
Heartfelt thanks to the staff formerly of Leslie Groves Rest Home, and Leslie Groves Hospital for their love and care over the past 4 years, which was much appreciated by the family.
A Celebration of Curly's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, at 10am, on Saturday, October 4, followed by private interment. Messages to PO Box 1095, Dunedin 9054, access to livestream will be available below.
