LECKIE James Alexander (Jim); a life long resident of St Clair.
Died peacefully on Saturday 24 May, 2025; aged 86 years. Dearly beloved husband of Eleanor for 64 years and a wonderful father and father-in-law of Duncan and Dessy, Sandra and Grant Millar, Rachael and John Bryant, and Belinda and Mark. Grandad Jim to Nicholas, and Michael Leckie; Gemma and Jordan Sheed, Anna and Scott Fitzgerald, and Craig and Sophie; and great grandfather of Lewis, Walter, Albert and Penny Sheed, and Henry, Wilfred and Morris Fitzgerald.
A service to celebrate Jim's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin at 2pm on Thursday May 29. In lieu of flowers donations to St John Ambulance, would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
