It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our Margie, beloved daughter of the late Brian and Helen Powell, treasured grand-daughter of the late Phyllis and Joseph Powell (Waitati), and the late Harold and Lottie and Ethel Clarkson (Balclutha), loved mother of the late Ben, and Morgan, loving Nan of Isabella, treasured sister of Anne (Brisbane), and Richard (Dunedin), adored auntie of Gena (Brisbane), Simon, Tiana, and Nicholas, Marcus (Brisbane), Caleb, Taya, and Brooklyn, Trieste (Brisbane), Stephen, Kyson, Logan, and Nickson, forever loved by Craig and the McNamara family, extended family, and many friends. Sincere gratitude to the Dunedin, and Mercy Hospital Oncology team, and the compassionate care given from the wonderful Otago Community Hospice.

- A celebration of Margie's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel 523 Andersons Bay Road, at 2pm, on Friday October 31, followed by private cremation. Messages can be left below.
