- Peacefully, while listening to her dancing music, surrounded by her family at Dunedin Hospital, on August 15, 2024; in her 97th year. Loved wife of the late Norman, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Helen and Ross, Pauline and John, Jenny and Harry, 'Nanny' of Jason and Raewyn, Daniel and Hannah; Claire and David, Laura and Tim, Tom and Ashlee, loved 'Great-Nanny' of her 5 great-grandchildren.
Zita was loved by her extended family and wide circle of friends.
