- Peacefully at Otago Community Hospice surrounded by his family on December 21, 2025; aged 75 years. Much loved husband of Heather, loved father and father-in-law of Nicola and Nigel Westphall, Allison and Mike North, loving Pop of Josh, and Emma. A special thanks to Warren's family for their love and care over the last few months.
