Of 30 Pacific Street, Roslyn, Dunedin.  -  On January 5, 2025, at Dunedin Hospital, with his girls by his side; in his 82nd year.  He meant a great deal to so many people, but first and foremost he was a loving and loyal husband to Sandra for 55 years.  He was a wonderful supportive Dad and friend to Genevieve and Jean-luc, Miranda, and the late Peter Boote.  Loved Grandpa Robbo to Freddy; Audrey, and Fergus.  Special thanks to the staff on 8C Oncology, Dunedin Hospital for all their care and support.  -  A Service to honour and celebrate Lou's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin at 10.30am on Friday January 10, followed by private cremation.  In lieu of flowers donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.  Messages can be left below.
