SHORT, Lois Beverley (nee Spence) -
On October 8, 2025, peacefully with family as she wished; aged 90 years. Loved wife of the late Gordon Short, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Robert and Pam Short, Loren and Peter McMillan, Warren Short and Jeanette Eagles, and Margo Short. Loved grandmother of Kylie McMillan and Adam Stewart, Amanda and Nasya Thompson, Aaron McMillan and Emma Barraclough, Kenzie and Cody Penson, and Josh Short, great-grandmother to Phoenix Penson, Luca McMillan, and soon to be third addition. Loved daughter of the late Clinton (Clint) and Agnes (Nessie) Spence, and loved sister of the late Urwin Spence.
- A service to celebrate Lois' life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, at 11:00am, on Tuesday, October 14, the funeral then leaving for Andersons Bay Cemetery. Please dress in bright colours. In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
