Working closely with family and friends, we use our expertise to create thoughtful, personalised designs for every family. From service sheets and orders of service to photobooks, thank you cards, and photo slideshows – everything we create is customised to tell their story beautifully.

Service Sheets

Service sheets (orders of service) may be printed for the funeral service. Every service sheet is unique and we have a great team of graphic designers to create a personalised design for each family. What we require to do this is:

Your favourite photo for the front cover
Additional photos that may have special importance
An order of Service (this is usually supplied by the person leading the service)
Any poems, readings, or hymns that you wish to have included.

Livestreaming

Our Hopes and Sons Chapel is equipped with high-quality livestreaming, so family and friends who can’t be there in person can still join the service online. We can organise this for offsite and outdoor services too.

Slideshow Photo Tributes

A slideshow of photos can be a meaningful way to share more memories, it can give time to reflect on and share highlights of a life. It can be shown before or during a service and can be accompanied by your choice of music. All you need to do is provide us with your photos and we will create a professional video slideshow for the service whether it is held in our chapel or at another venue.

Photos: We recommended approximately 40 photos, this on average will fit nicely with one piece of music (about 3 and a half minutes long). If you have more photos we can play more than one song or repeat the same song twice.
If you want to bring your own slideshow: We request you give this to your funeral director the day before the funeral service to ensure there are no compatibility issues, this gives plenty of time to make adjustments if required.

Photobooks

We can also produce a printed photobook as a permanent keepsake. Bound in a handcrafted cover, these photobooks gather all the images shared at the service into one place, offering a lasting way to remember your loved one.

Thank You Cards

After the funeral, many families choose to send thank you cards to those who supported them. We design cards to match the service sheet theme, creating a consistent and personal way to acknowledge kindness and sympathy. The first set is complimentary, and additional cards can be ordered if needed.
